Cranberry Apple Chutney
Looking for a great side dish for your dinner that won’t take all day? Look no further than this recipe for cranberry apple chutney!
● 2 apples, peeled and chopped
● 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
● 1 medium onion, chopped
● ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
● ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
● 1 Tbsp orange zest
● 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger (ground is okay if needed)
● 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
● Pinch of ground cloves
Put all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and cook for a few more minutes to reduce any remaining liquid.
