Cherry Banana Smoothie

     If you don’t have a lot of time in the morning and you’re looking for a healthy, sweet start to your day, a smoothie can be a perfect solution! Check out this cherry banana smoothie recipe which, of course, includes 2 oz of Vemma Ionic to make sure you get your vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

●     2 cups spinach
●     1 cup cherries, frozen or fresh
●     1 banana, sliced
●     1 apple, chopped and cored
●     1 cup orange juice
●     1 cup water
●     2 oz Vemma Ionic

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix.
  2. That’s it! If the smoothie is too thick for your preference, slowly add water to thin the smoothie to your desired consistency.
